C’mon Andre, why do you need a copy of the Genarlow Wilson sex tape?
I misread the post. He was requesting a list of the people who requested the tape, not the tape itself. I apologize to Andre for that mistake.

I was thinking the same thing.
Originally he was going to request the list of people who had requested the sex tape. Of course anyone who knows anything about the case knows McDade publicly stated he had kept no record of the requests. So after being informed of this fact, he’s now requesting the tape itself? Hmmmmmmmm
He loves open government.
I feel dirty.
WTF. That’s just . . . god, unnecessary. Andre has never been one of my favorite people, but now I think he’s really getting near the bottom of the list.
Rusty,
Don’t you go twisting my words. All I’ve asked for is a list of the people who requested the tape.
I’ll be glad to forward you the letter I mailed to the Douglas County D.A.’s office if you’re interested.
Upon re-reading your post, I see that I misread. I apologize.
And you are requesting that after he’s already told a news organization that he didn’t keep a list?
Well, I’m not going to assume that there is or isn’t a list until I receive whatever was sent to me by the Douglas County D.A.’s office.
And if he didn’t keep a list then what’s coming in the mail?
Andre, if you do receive a list it will be quite a scoop because that means he’s on record lying to Channel 46. But you knew that right?
Grift,
We’ll just have to wait and see.
Can’t wait. It will be great to actually have some blog coverage on this issue.
Get ‘em, Griftdrift.
Rusty might apologize, but Decaturguy loved it.
Sid, ha!
I heard about the thread at PP yesterday, but didn’t get to read it before the comments were deleted.
I suspect what Andre is going to get in the mail is a written response indicating no records responsive to his request exist.
Yep.
Damn … I thought I could add this gross little tidbit to my Andre file. Oh well.
Andre should know that he may be required to pay costs under the Open Records Act for copying and administrative costs for obtaining information under the Act, but with all that money he’s making on the Vernon Jones campaign now, that shouldn’t be much of a problem.
Rusty, they aren’t deleted. Look at Andre’s “a little advice please” post.
I only read this post because it was BNN Recommended
At Griftdrift, LOL. He can rip my posts through an intermediary, but he apparently can’t count my comments without access to my server.
Oh, and Sara, I believe the really fun stuff was deleted. DG or Andre ought to be able to confirm that one way or the other.
Decaturguy: Did we get any reports about how either the wine or the second time was?
Rusty,
I think the alleged dust up was sort of blown out of proportion. My one comment and Andre’s response (which is still posted at PP) was there there was to it.
Sid,
No follow up report. My guess is he got stood up and drank the bottle of wine by himself on his bus ride back to College Park. But I guess Vernon may have driven him home after their date.
Decaturguy: I love it.
