- About a dozen podcasts have already been posted on the PodCamp Atlanta wiki media page, with more to follow.
- PodCamp Atlanta reached number eight on the most-searched-terms list on Technorati this past Sunday. It was on the same list as Myspace and Paris Hilton.
- I mentioned earlier that PodCamp Atlanta was covered by the Associated Press and picked up by (at the time) nine news outlets. It’s been picked up by two more, including the Knoxville News-Sentinel! That’s awesome to me because (like you didn’t know this already) I went to school at UT.
- Two groups have been formed to help you keep up with other Georgia podcasters:
- Mel offers a counter point to the “mainstream media doesn’t get it” mantra that I think you should read, think about and comment on. Shelby is still sorting things out. And many, many others have weighed in. Check out their thoughts on Google and Technorati.
I might update this post later if I think of more that needs to be added. Like Shelby, it’ll still be a little while before I sort out what this all meant to me.
