• If you can’t win, roll out the FUD. Griftdrift, who’s been doing an even more kick-ass job than usual of covering local issues lately, calls out state Senator Eric Johnson (again) and Erick Erickson for continuing to perpetuate urban legends about the Genarlow Wilson case. (Aside: I am abstaining from commenting on Peach Pundit for a while. It gets my blood pressure up and accomplishes nothing. The only thing some of them understand is to treat them with the same lack of basic human decency they demonstrate. I’d prefer not to roll that way.)

Check out this post by Amy Morton. Apparently, it doesn’t matter to state Sen. Eric Johnson that a jury found Genarlow Wilson not guilty of rape because “it was rape in his mind.” I guess if I call him a goat fucker it’s okay because “he’s a goat fucker in my mind,” even though he hasn’t been convicted of goat fucking. In all seriousness though, he’s real close to slander. In my mind.
