I will share one of the random e-mails I received from one of the people who stumbled here looking for NCAA picks, though.

I can’t wait for tommorrows A&M game… we actually stand a chance of winning! A tourney win is a once in a lifetime experiance for us Aggies. If we make it to the Sweet 16 we(the extended fam) are flying back to Atlanta for the game.

I want to leave work early to watch Tennessee play at 2:40. Considering it’s my last week at that job, I can’t see that being a big deal.
Yeah if somehow the top ten NC State team from January shows up and can make it to the Sweet 16 I already have tickets lined up for it here in Atlanta. Don’t worry though Diana we’re on opposite sides of the bracket…no blood fued until the Elite 8 and highly improbable.

Good point Pat. I’m worried about this game because Tennessee ended the season cold and got knocked out of the SEC tournament. So I fear if I don’t watch this will end up being their only game in the tourney.

Yeah all the freak hoop junkies out there like me should just get these days off no questions asked…not like we would get any work done if we had to be there. And yeah its religious- I’ll be on my knees praying at some point I’m sure.
Well Diana, State could make it there if they can get healthy and play like they did last month…but the injury report isn’t looking good. A&M won’t be there.
Of course, Pat thinks N.C. State’s football team is a national title contender every year until they lose to someone like North Carolina.
whoa wait a sec…I have never held that much faith in the football team…its just a pleasant diversion until basketball season starts. Of course this past year I do think we won a bowl game…not a real bowl game but still a bowl game. And we didn’t even lose to Vandy.

Yeah CBS sucks balls so far…I saw them cut away the main Atlanta feed from Winthrop leading Tennesee late to Alabama/Marquette that still had like 6 minutes left(thankfully they went back). And they went to the start of the Tenn game while BC/Pacific was going to double overtime. I don’t care about the first 5 minutes of 15-2 game…but show me every freaking double overtime!!
Just got to work…A&M winning trashed several brackets….Espically the one of the AP..Sheer dumb luck might mean I get some money out of this thing…SWEET!!!

Well thankfully some senior leadership came through last night and State pulled it out…now all we have to do is beat a team that was #1 for part of the year. However I think my bracket died about 4:30 yesterday afternoon.
